I partner with community organizations in both Pensacola, Florida, and Brooklyn, New York, to help older adults build digital confidence through hands-on technology workshops. In its first programs, the initiative served more than 40 older adults and earned a 95% participant satisfaction rate, demonstrating both immediate community impact and the potential to grow.
